Most of the original series ensemble cast have reprised their roles on Fuller House, either as regular cast members or in guest appearances, with the exception of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who alternated the role of Michelle Tanner in Full House. Of course, this is an armchair analysis so, what do I know but the dynamic does remind me of Seth and Meredith from RHOSLC. To any bystanders, they aren’t right for each other because he is immature and self-absorbed. Kyle hasn’t changed one iota, and she seems more concerned about the showiness of the relationship.

However, they’ve been carrying on with these antics on national TV for 5 years already. But, I realize no relationship is perfect. Considering that Kyle is still drinking like a petulant self-proclaimed frat boy, an implosion is rather foreboding. Sure it’s all fine and dandy now, but unless they are both dedicated to deep self-reflection, therapy and personal growth outside of their relationship I foresee issues down the line. What?! To me, it’s reinforcing every ridiculous notion that a woman can “change” things they don’t like about your partner with undying love and umpteen chances and eventually, he will make a commitment and marry you. I mean, they’re both beautiful but he treated her so poorly for so long, she of course, reacted like any young, inexperienced woman would with what tiny, berating crumbs she was given, he cheated, she decided to stay, he was wishy-washy, she decided to stay and quit her job to work with him on Loverboy- meanwhile questioning his loyalty. Sorry, I know people like them but they are just the worst example for young women and guys too for that matter.
